It’s been a busy year for the Technical Editing SIG. We have a lot to be proud. Here is a summary of the SIG’s highlights and accomplishments.

For the seventh straight year, the Technical Editing SIG's website has been received an APEX Award of Excellence!

The APEX (Awards for Publication Excellence) award is an annual competition for publishers, editors, writers and designers who create print, Web, electronic and social media. Not only does our website provide many resources for SIG members and help to promote STC's mission, but it is also a strong collaboration platform for our volunteers.

Thanks to all of our members and volunteers who helped maintain our award-winning website!

TEAM (Technical Editing Active Member) Rewards Program off to a Successful Start

Six TE SIG members have already earned points in the TE SIG’s TEAM (Technical Editing Active Member) Rewards Program. Members who earn 10 points in a calendar year will receive a $10 Amazon gift card and a certificate indicating that they are a “Contributing Technical Editing SIG Member” for the specific year. In addition, members who earn a minimum of three points will be entered in drawings throughout the year.

Meet the Technical Editing SIG’s 2015 Leadership Team
